I’m Jamie Miller, who founded Chicas in 2018. As a Mexican American and a proud second-generation descendant of Mexico, my heritage plays a vital role in everything I do, especially when it comes to food. In our culture, cooking is much more than just preparing a meal—it’s a profound way of expressing love and care.
By blending traditional Mexican recipes with the vibrant, dynamic tastes of modern cuisine, I create a unique fusion that brings the best of both worlds to life.
